Effective 21 June 2026 · The Hunter Tracker
This is a personal project. It stores only what it needs to work, shares nothing, and aims to be straightforward about it.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. Nothing else is collected — no analytics, no tracking pixels, no device fingerprints.
Why we collect it
Your name and email identify your account. Your profile picture appears in the header so you know you're signed in. Your hunt records — ratings, weights, species, dates — are stored in our database and tied to your account so only you can see them.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Your data lives on our own server. We don't sell it, trade it, or send it to third-party services. The only external party involved is Google, which handles the sign-in flow under their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Your data persists until you ask us to delete it. We don't automatically expire accounts or purge records.
Your rights
You can request full deletion of your account and all associated hunt records at any time. Send an email to the address below and we'll handle it within a few days.
